Girlie Dragon cake.

What can I say except that is has been so long since I have posted anything on my blog.
Since my last cake I made I have welcomed another addition to our family.

My daughter was having her 3rd birthday and I asked her what she would like. Dragon cake was all I got from her.

So here is here her girlie dragon cake.

Cookies and Cream mudcake with white chocolate ganache covered with fondant.

Peter Rabbit baptism cake.

On the day that my brother and sister in law got married my beautiful nephew also had his Baptism.
My sister in law wanted a Peter Rabbit theme and I am overly happy with how the rabbit turned out, but I don't think that he looks overly like Peter Rabbit himself.

White chocolate and raspberry mudcake filled with raspberry syrup and white chocolate ganache. Peter Rabbit and all the vegetables are all handmade and made out of fondant.

A top view of the Baptism cake.

A close up of Peter Rabbit.

My first Wedding cake.

My brother and sister in law finally tied the knot after being together for 17 years and they asked me if I would like to make their wedding cake. What can I say except that I jumped at the chance to do my first ever wedding cake.

So here it is after some trouble with the ganache due to the lovely weather that Sydney has been having.
Milky way mudcake with milk chocolate ganache covered with fondant and topped with a handmade sugar rose. Lots of firsts in this cake. Sorry about the quality of the photo's.
I think I need to invest in a new camera.

This photo is taken at the reception.
